So how did you get into the industry?
Sienna: I started off in the industry as an escort agencies partner. She is a size 8, I'm a size 18 20 it was a very good contrast for the clients so that they experienced both ranges in their sessions. I then escorted in a studio in North London and ventured into the world of porn and TV Presenting.
JJ: So you've been experienced a lot of the industry which is good. Makes you someone that people want to meet.
What's the best thing about the industry?
Sienna: I love meeting new clients. I have been very fortunate in the fact that I have worked in a porn studio and been a escort agencies partner as I have had very good, decent clients from all walks of business and life.
JJ: Well speaking from experience I know you're very much a people person so that answer doesn't surprise me.
And what's been the worst thing about the industry?
Sienna: I have found the industry rather challenging at times with the comments that have been passed to other people in the industry about me. I am only interested in doing well for myself and nothing more. I hope the men of the industry stay impartial to the ladies that they generally like and don't take notice of others comments and that goes for all the ladies in the industry. I like to think there is enough work out there for all the ladies to achieve their goals. I have now fortunately learnt to not let it bother me anymore.
JJ: The industry is fiercely competitive at times and communication is a lot to do with bad feelings that goes on. But hopefully people realise working together helps the industry and in fighting just brings it down.
What's the funniest thing to happen to you whilst working?
Sienna: Going to a petrol station once in North London to fill my car with petrol before an outcall. I was seeing a client who liked latex so I was in latex stockings. I covered myself up as much as I could of course but I couldn't drive in my high heeled boots so I had latex feet! The guys outside the garage kiosk found this highly strange and amusing. I just laughed, then told them I was going to a fetish party and paid for my petrol with a red face. I then placed my boots on before seeing my client so the neighbours don't see of course.
JJ: Haha that's one hell of a thing to see whilst pumping petrol. I'm sure it's not the only thing they were thinkin about pumping.
So what are you doing work wise at the moment?
Sienna: At the moment I am studying nail technology at international grades. I also cam and escort. I hope to achieve a home from my work and also run my own nail business one day as well as escort around the UK or abroad sometimes.

What's the biggest achievement so far in life or work?
Sienna: l am currently working through my biggest achievement by studying my passion and trying to achieve my goals by gaining enough money through the industry. UK touring and gaining regular clients from this is a challenge for ANYONE in the industry these days.
JJ: Well studying your passion is a great achievement as many people never take that plunge.
What have been the biggest things you've had to over come?
Sienna: I have overcome a few fears in my life by facing them. Terrifying but it does work!
JJ: I think facing fears is the only way to truly conquer them. Although I won't be facing a shark with chainsaw teeth anytime soon thankfully haha
What's the nicest thing a fan has done for you?
Sienna: I can remember being on the TV one night and a fan calling me and say rather enthusiastically 'Sienna is that really you! 'Is that really you Sienna'! So sweet. I also had a Arab power businessman fly all the way from France to see me. I was flattered.
JJ: Well it looks like you made that guys night just by being you. And who wouldn't fly to come and see you?? You're very sexy!!
What advice would you give to someone getting into the industry?
Sienna: Stay safe. Never do anything you don't want to do and keep your wits about you at all times. When I first went on Adultwork I had a couple of men want to take me to America for instance and shoot. They had no website to refer to ect so I declined as much as they tempted me with the thought of fame. They could of been anyone and taken me to a backstreet brothel for instance.
JJ: Yeah you've always got to be super careful and research who you're working with. Especially now with so many wannabes around!
What do you think you'll do when you leave the industry?
Sienna: If I leave the industry I will be getting married and I will be settled. I have no plans of the leaving the industry so far.
JJ: Now where did I put that engagement ring haha.
And finally what's the weirdest rumour you've heard about yourself?
Sienna: I have heard nothing regarding rumours from clients in the industry just others in the industry. I have learnt to ignore it now and everyone gets talked about apparently so I have been told. Peace Love And Harmony suits me.
JJ: Well like they say if people aren't talking about you then you should worry.
