It is important to me that my intentions and actions are always kind, pure and in good faith. I make every effort to use these ideas to guide myself through life. I also have a silly fascination with watching Spelling Bee competitions and documentaries - yes, I am a nerd at heart, and take that as a compliment! To me, life is about constant growth and working to become the best version of myself. Experimenting with the latest healthy 'super foods', from kale smoothies to chia seed pudding, I have a genuine appreciation for taking care of my body through exercise and clean foods (mind you, I do indulge in the occasional poutine and way too much chocolate). I am ambitious, set goals for myself and work hard to achieve them. I am fortunate enough to be part of a strong and loving family that keep me centered. I am known to have an overly optimistic outlook on life and I prefer it that way.
